1. The Salty Nag owner/ operator is certified with Serve Safe and Allergen credentials. Our products are purchased from Health Department approved and regulated vendors. We currently operate under temporary licensing with zero violations, meaning that we operate in compliance with the BCHD rules and procedures. We are in the process of review for Mobile Licensing with Environmental Health.
2. The Salty Nag does not have a liquor license, does not serve alcohol, and may not operate on commercial property where alcohol is present unless a liquor license is secured by the property owner.
3. We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, modify or terminate service early when weather is deemed to interfere with operation.
4. Our maximum service capacity is 100 meals per day. Venues requiring additional service should consider multiple bookings.
